RENOUNCEABLE RIGHTS ISSUE OF 18,744,703 NEW ORDINARY SHARES OF RM1.00 EACH IN OSKPROP ("OSKPROP SHARES") ("RIGHTS SHARE(S)") ON THE BASIS OF ONE (1) RIGHTS SHARE FOR EVERY TEN (10) EXISTING OSKPROP SHARES HELD TOGETHER WITH 56,234,109 FREE DETACHABLE WARRANTS ("WARRANTS") ON THE BASIS OF THREE (3) FREE WARRANTS FOR EVERY ONE (1) RIGHTS SHARE SUBSCRIBED FOR ("RIGHTS ISSUE WITH WARRANTS"); II. BONUS ISSUE OF 37,489,406 OSKPROP SHARES TO BE CREDITED AS FULLY PAID-UP ("BONUS SHARE(S)") ON THE BASIS OF TWO (2) NEW OSKPROP SHARES FOR EVERY ONE (1) RIGHTS SHARE SUBSCRIBED BY THE EXISTING SHAREHOLDERS OF OSKPROP AND/ OR THEIR RENOUNCEE(S) PURSUANT TO THE RIGHTS ISSUE WITH WARRANTS ("BONUS ISSUE"); AND III. RESTRICTED ISSUE OF 49,926,258 NEW WARRANTS IN OSKPROP TO THE HOLDERS OF UNEXERCISED 2007/ 2012 WARRANT B ("WARRANT B") ON THE BASIS OF ONE (1) NEW WARRANT FOR EVERY ONE (1) EXISTING WARRANT B HELD ("RESTRICTED ISSUE OF WARRANTS")
OSKPROP LISTING'S CIRCULAR NO. L/Q : 65912 OF 2012
(i) 18,744,703 new ordinary shares of RM1.00 each issued pursuant to the Rights Issue with Warrants; and
(ii) 37,489,406 Bonus Shares issued pursuant to the aforesaid Bonus Issue will be granted the listing and quotation with effect from 9.00 a.m., Tuesday, 4 September 2012.
Kindly also be advised that OSKPROP's 106,160,367 Warrants issued pursuant to the Rights Issue with Warrants and Restricted Issue Of Warrants will be admitted to the Official List of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and the listing and quotation of the Warrants on the Main Market will be granted with effect from 9.00 a.m., Tuesday, 4 September 2012.
The Stock Short Name, Stock Number and ISIN Code of the Warrants are "OSKPROP-WC", "6661WC" and "MYL6661WCR86" respectively.
